ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Function of insecticide to a trees :
1. Pest Control:
- Direct Killing of Insects: Insecticides directly kill insects that feed on or damage trees. This includes pests like aphids, caterpillars, beetles, and borers.
- Preventing Disease Spread: Some insects act as vectors for plant diseases. By controlling these insect populations, insecticides can help prevent the spread of diseases.
2. Protecting Tree Health:
- Maintaining Vigor: By reducing insect infestations, insecticides help maintain the overall health and vigor of trees, ensuring better growth and productivity.
- Preventing Defoliation: Many insects feed on leaves, leading to defoliation, which can severely weaken trees. Insecticides prevent this by controlling leaf-eating pests.
3. Improving Aesthetic Value:
- Maintaining Appearance: Insect damage can lead to unsightly leaves, bark, and overall tree structure. Insecticides help maintain the aesthetic value of ornamental trees and landscapes.
4. Economic Benefits:
- Protecting Timber and Fruit Production: In commercial forestry and agriculture, insecticides protect valuable timber and fruit crops from insect damage, thus ensuring economic returns.
- Reducing Maintenance Costs: Healthy trees require less maintenance. By preventing insect infestations, insecticides can reduce the need for costly tree care and treatments.
PLANNING FOR NEXT ACTIVITIES
1. Poison The Grass
- Equipment: PPE Attire (1 set), Knapsack Sprayer, Ecomax
2. Fertilizing the trees
- Equipment: NPK Green Fertilizer, Bucket, Scoop
THATS ALL FOR WEEK 10. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SPEND YOUR TIME !
